SOLARAI · LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective 5 August 2026 · Last updated 5 August 2026

01

Who we are, and your agreement

These terms are between you and SOLARAI PTE. LTD. (UEN 202614541H) (“SOLARAI”, “we”, “us”), a Singapore-based design and technology studio. By using solarai.asia or communicating with us through our messaging channels — including our official WhatsApp business number — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or those channels.

02

What these terms cover

These terms govern the solarai.asia website and our messaging channels. Professional services — design, development, platform builds, and ongoing operations — are governed by the separate written agreements we sign with each client. Where a signed agreement exists, it prevails over these terms for the services it covers.

03

Using the website

You may browse and share the website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to disrupt or probe the site, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to protect the service.

04

Intellectual property

  • The website’s content, design, and the SOLARAI name and marks belong to SOLARAI or our licensors. Please don’t use them without our written consent.
  • Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with permission; their names and marks belong to them.

05

Messaging channels and the AI assistant

Our messaging channels operate on an opt-in basis — you can stop receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing us. Some replies are prepared with the help of AI systems we operate; consequential matters are reviewed by a person before anything is sent.

  • Nothing sent in a chat message constitutes a binding quotation, contract, or invoice unless it is confirmed in a signed agreement or an official invoice issued by us.
  • We will never change our bank account or payment details in a chat message. Treat any message that attempts to do so as fraudulent, and verify with us directly at mail@solarai.asia before paying anything.
  • Messaging channels are provided as a convenience, are not guaranteed to be available at all times, and are not suitable for emergencies.

06

Acceptable use of messaging

When you message us, you agree not to send unlawful, abusive, or bulk unsolicited content, and not to attempt to extract information about other clients or manipulate our systems into acting outside their controls. We may pause or close a conversation, or stop serving a channel, where this is abused.

07

Third-party platforms

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp and Meta’s own terms. Links from our website or messages to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we don’t control or endorse them.

08

Disclaimers

The website and our messaging channels are provided “as is” and “as available”. Content on the website and in our messages is general information, not professional advice, and we don’t warrant that these free surfaces will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or messaging channels, and our total liability for those free surfaces is limited to S$100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and liability under client engagements is addressed in their own agreements.

10

Privacy

How we handle personal data — including WhatsApp messaging data, your PDPA rights, and data deletion — is described in our Privacy Policy. Privacy questions go to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@solarai.asia.

11

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the website or messaging channels after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
